Beautiful log cabin with a view of Stuggusjøen and Skardsfjella.

Log cabin from 2005 that appears very well executed and well maintained. The cabin spans two floors and on the ground floor contains; entrance hall, a splendid spacious kitchen with a fireplace, cozy living room with a fireplace and access to a terrace, master bedroom, and a large beautiful bathroom with sink, shower cabin, and wall-mounted toilet. The loft floor consists of a loft living room, toilet room, and two good bedrooms. The cabin is well maintained and recently the pine floors have been sanded, treated with wax, and varnished. Bedroom floors have been painted. The kitchen cabinets have been repainted. Most windows have been externally insulated with foam.

 

Water, drainage, and electricity. Year-round road access. Nicely landscaped plot with several nice outdoor spaces that utilize the sunlight. Nice views from the plot to both Stugusjøen and Skardsfjella. Short distance to the center of Stugudal with, among other things, a shop, Stugudal Grill, and tourist information.
